gastonjulia When did they stop making these? I occasionally see GAP leather in the Goodwill stores (I crawl these places as a hobby) and the most recent year I've seen is 2001. Leather jeans are unheard of as an "off the rack" item in this area at least. I would like to find out how extensive this phenomenon is.

best_designers @gastonjulia we drove back from Blue Ridge Mtns on Sunday. My home is in St Simons Island, Ga. I packed the leathers, wrapped in tissue, wrote you a thank you note, and wrapped everything in bubble wrap. Then, I realized that my packing tape was out and I had exactly 10 minutes to tape box. Please don’t laugh when you see pink leopard duct tape......it was all I had and I was determined to make the post!

best_designers @gastonjulia I’m unsure exactly when GAP ceased manufacturing leather wear. I purchased them from GAP in SE GA approximately 15 years ago as a gift for my husband. He never wore them. I kept them wrapped in tissue inside my closet for years. I was hopeful hubby would change his mind. That didn’t happen! I started my Poshmark on 10/01/17 and listed the leather in November. It’s really nice knowing that someone will derive joy wearing them. They are indeed perfect.
