nrinno Hi Charles, I am very confused. You opened a case regarding the shirt I sold you, then said you wanted to keep it. Now PM sends me an email saying they’ve “Approved (your) request for Return”. sedaccac @nrinno I dropped the case. FYI the sleeves are too short and the shirt is irregularly cut for a men’s polo Small. My suggestion is to use photos with a tape measure laid out on your measurements. Your sleeve measurements or chest might be different from what mine would be depending on where they are taken from. Most men measure pit to pit and women measure across the chest. Sleeves from top of shoulders to cuff not from pit etc. Thanks again for your quick response.
