elle_bee86 @charlesmarsh417 Hi there. When you purchased the fedora hat on New Year’s Day it was a holiday, so the post office was closed, then Sunday the post office was closed.

elle_bee86 @charlesmarsh417 In the middle of the night a winter storm warning began and we are currently in the midst of it right now. Unfortunately, the post office is closed due to inclement weather. I usually do ship the item the same day, but given these circumstances I will have to ship tomorrow given the post office is open. Just wanted to give you an update and if you’d like to cancel your order I understand. Thank you!
