brittanymarie88 @charlil17 I don't have the funds in posh to buy back right now- but if you go to the acceptance page- there should be a part at the bottom that says problem with order or something along those lines. If you put the reason (size or whatever) then they should send you a shipping label and then you're able to send them back to me 🙂.

brittanymarie88 @charlil17 It usually takes them about 24-48 hours to process claims (at least it did with that coach purse I was telling you about). Then when I receive them back and accept the order- your money will be transferred back into your card 🙂

So once I can log back in I will go thru the appropriate way of returning them. Thanks for your help in the situation. I'll touch base once i submit the request.

brittanymarie88 @charlil17 hey sorry it took me so long to respond. I actually haven't heard anything- which is odd because the problems are usually resolved within 48 hours. Before you messaged me- I actually emailed them to see what was going on. No response from them yet
