almayanina @charlie_1014 I’ve contacted Poshmark but they said you have to open a “received wrong item” case in order to return it. Please go to the order status ➡️ problem/order inquiry ➡️ open case/receivers wrong item.

charlie_1014 @almayanina it will not let me correct it from “delivered “ to “received wrong item” Can I just return this to you, I guess I will pay for shipping twice but at this rate I’m too frustrated to deal.

charlie_1014 @almayanina I did, they have not sent me a label to return the item, they said they needed a photo of what I received. I sent them a photo of the skirt and a photo of what I ordered. They blamed me, said I should have said something earlier. Not knowing the specific procedures I emailed them immediately and they never got back to me. I never said that I received the item but somehow it was check that I did so I couldn’t say that I received the wrong item after that.

almayanina @charlie_1014 I provided Poshmark with a copy of our conversation. They have emailed you and the other buyer shipping labels. The other buyer is very understanding and is shipping the blouse to you. Please use the label Poshmark has emailed you and ship the skirt. I am mortified with this situation. This has never happened to me. I’m so so very sorry!

kathrynbradford Hi Charlie, you recently purchased a pair of banana republic shorts and I don’t think the rating you gave me was very fair or correct. You said that they seem bigger than a size 28 and gave me three stars! Well the shorts are clearly marked as a size 28 so no lying there and my description states that they are boyfriend cut which means a relaxed, looser fit, especially in the legs. $8 seems like a steal for shorts to me
