eyelettdreams Hi Charliene, I am sorry you are disappointed with the Italian red slip on shoes. Perhaps I should have used the term excellent condition instead of as new. Please, if you are not 100% satisfied, simply return them via PM for a full refund. I would support you 100% in that. I try really hard to do a good job and keep my 5 star seller status which now is in jeopardy. I am also happy to send a partialrefund (via cheque) if u keep them &it would help & if it would increase the 3 stars. Tysm.
