ccrs_closet @rosyred321 This is my first issue I've had with orders on Poshmark so I was not certain the best way to handle it...therefore I went with the straight line to Poshmark. I've researched what happens when a buyer states that an item was not as described and is seems that the seller is out of the loop on the details. Is that the case here? I wish there was a way for me to send you photos...

ccrs_closet @rosyred321 Regardless, I hope to be transparent with you. So, in our multiple communications (some of which are here on my profile, to include this one...this part is confusing to me. Why are we not discussing this on the page of item in question??) the blouse was described as NWT, NWOT and never worn. I specifically asked if there were any flaws and none were disclosed. Another potential buyer asked about the condition on the item page as well, you also stated NWT.

ccrs_closet @rosyred321 All this to say, I wonder if the damage happened as you were packaging the blouse because the first thing I noticed when I unpacked is that there are multiple major picks and runs all over the front of the blouse. Very noticeable. As if it was caught on something rough: velcro, rough wood, the underside of a counter, cats nails? It is very noticeable and unfortunately renders the blouse unwearable.
