pixiedustpj @char0latte hi Charlotte. This is Pam. Are you sold me the watch and I got a new battery and the watch is broken and does not work. I wrote you before and gave you time to get back to me to see what we could do about it. You never responded and I really hate doing this but I'm going to contact Poshmark support and see what they have to say. I generally never do anything like this but it was humiliating to give it to my mother and it'd be broken.

pixiedustpj well I reread their policies and I see that I I'm screwed. I'm sad because I don't have money I'm unemployed and I didn't even have that amount of money to spend on my mom for Mother's Day for something that is eligible for the garbage can. Not only did I put a new battery in it because I trust you I spent the $25 plus the $7 B+ $6 for a new battery. And the watch remains broken. you were one of the first people I came into contact with on Poshmark. Now I know not to be so naive.

char0latte @pixiedustpj hey, I'm so sorry that the watch didn't work. I've refunded you the money--I couldn't split the refund to just be for the watch so you got the whole bundle refunded. Hopefully that helps to make up for your disappointment. I assure you, I would never knowingly sell a problem.

pixiedustpj @char0latte I'm sorry I should have gotten back to you sooner it took me awhile to get a battery and then my mom gave it to me and said it doesn't work. I know you would never do that on purpose and God knows I never meant to hit the send or post thing that many times well I'm sorry this all worked out this way. good news the Kate Spade sale is still going on until June 6th and they're having some doozies of deals there. okay let's brush this off in the head I'm so sorry.

char0latte @pixiedustpj it doesn't look like there's a way to erase them, unfortunately. I don't entirely know how the refund process works, but I selected "Release Payment" and on the details screen for your oder, it says "Payment Released." I'm not sure how it comes back to you, but perhaps you can see something on the screen for your order.

pixiedustpj sad to say it's too late for Poshmark to release any money back to me. They said they already released the funds to you and now it's in your ballpark pretty much. that I didn't contact them within 3 days. so I'm bummed.
