rubyroof Hi Charlotte, I’m sorry the ring didn’t fit you. I know there is a process in place to return anything you aren’t happy with. I would be happy to help you get your money back. I am here to help! I certainly don’t want an unhappy customer because the ring didn’t fit. It’s like new and I am sure someone would love to have it since it doesn’t work for you. What can I do to help? Can you return it?

If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.
