bold__ @kashton73 omg thank goodness ok open a case with poshmark I will email them they will send you a forwarding label and the other buyer has already agreed to forward you the Top eventually poshmark should send you a label to forward them no charge to you, I AM TERRIBLY SORRY ABOUT THIS MIXUP!!!

bold__ @kashton73 Hello 😊Just a reminder to open a case so poshmark is aware on their end and your order is not automatically accepted, they have to know so they can send the labels love

bold__ Please open a case before the system automatically accepts your order, once that happens it will make this process much harder. All you have to do is go into the item and press open case for problem with delivery. I would really like my other buyer to receive her order and for you to get yours.

bold__ @kashton73 the brown boots were accidentally sent to you, you ordered the gold and black polka dot top from me, but it was delivered to another buyer. She had agreed to send you the shirt, but the days have passed for you to open a case so I don’t know how poshmark will handle this now. If possible try going into the sale of the shirt and open a case saying problem with delivery. After that hopefully poshmark will respond.
