I had double pneumonia last August and it took 30 days quarantine at home in bed with 3 rounds of Z-packs and prednisone before I started to recover. Including 3 trips to Dr.s for shots. I’m very high risk. I send my packages with my husband who is an essential business. Post man gets from our manufacturing plant
