violet_gardenia Charlotte, I am really sorry that the boots weren’t what you were expecting. I would have noticed if the soles were not attached to the boots. I would never have sent shoes in that condition. You should have filed a claim as soon as you received them. I am very meticulous about what I list on Poshmark. I always include any flaws in my listing. Next time don’t wait to hear back from the seller. Contact poshmark ASAP.
