jkez36m @charlottecovey The buyer pays the shipping cost unless you give shipping discounts. The shipping limit is 5lbs. If it is more than 5lbs then the Seller incurs the cost. You will have to upgrade the label. Read Poshmark Guidelines. This will guide you. If you need any help, feel free to reach out to me.

jkez36m @charlottecovey You are no worry. Go to the USPS website. You can order free priority boxes and bags for free. Make sure you do not order FLAT rate or express. Just prority. You can also use any brown box.

jkez36m @charlottecovey Poshmark will send you a label for each sale. You will have to print it and affix it to your package. You will need tape, etc. If you can wrap your items. Thank you cards. This will impress your buyers. Hope this helps.

jkez36m @charlottecovey Once the buyer gets the package they have three days to accept. The majority of buyers accept quickly. Once they accept Poshmark releases the money into your account if the buyer does not have any problems. Be sure to list your items and describe them as they are. List measurements. This keeps you from having to waste your time. They will ask questions even if they do not buy. DO NOT SELL OFF POSHMARK! DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THESE REQUESTS ARE SCAMS. BEWARE!

jkez36m @charlottecovey You can only cancel if you need to cancel or the buyer need to cancel. You can have many offers on an item. The first one that takes the offer receives the item (s).

dawnshoping651 Charlotte: I’m not sure what to do. I ordered three blouses. The purple cowl neck sweater stated a size 2 in the listing, but the the tag was cut off and it was at best a size large. The blue Liz denim blouse has two stains on the front lower left. The blue sweater was shrunken and sleeves were too short. And lastly, they have pet hair all over them. I’m disappointed but I don’t want to give a low rating if you can make this right somehow. Please advise.

Dawn, I'm not going to try to make excuses fir the items. I'm totally embarrassed. I didn't see the stain,I NEVER would have sent it! This gas never happened to be before. I am so so sorry I feel HORRIBLE. Just keep the items. Could I send you a reimbursement??
