dogmamabling @zelda11 It means that a buyer is in the process of purchasing the item and checking out, if they don’t follow through with the purchase process or their payment declines the reserve flag will go away and another buyer can purchase. 😁

zelda11 Hi, is it possible for you to reduce the postage? I just bought a cashmere Alan Paine, accepted the the purchase but when I opened the plastic bag it reeked of gasoline and chemicals. It is poison so Im apprehensive and have no idea whether I can reject the purchase at this point. Do you know who I can contact?? Two days ago I had to return a pringle that was fake and and holes in it so i'm cautious. Your sweater will be too big for m but love the colour and have had the brand for years,
