oliviaandpierre Hi, Charlotte. I am so sorry about your disappointmentI have NEVER smoked;moreover, I checked the blouse thoroughly before it was sent. It took a looooong time to get to Brighton, which i found odd. I wonder if someone opened the package? Weird. My home on Kauai is spotless and no odor could have come from here, but I trust that you must have what appeared to be a carelessly shipped package. I will reimburse you. I am a Tufts and BC alum and lived in Newton for years.

slotac @oliviaandpierre Thank you. I am less upset about the packaging and odor and more so disappointed about the damage. I won't be able to wear the blouse because it is missing the back buttons and will need to throw it away. Thank you for offering the refund. I'm not sure what happened if you had checked it thoroughly before it shipped.

oliviaandpierre @slotac of course you don’t have to throw out the blouse. Just affix new ones. Truly an odd story, and I think someone opened the package? Strange world right now ( maybe always). Ha. I have never had to reimburse on Poshmark, but send me your other user name and I’ll be happy to take care of this. Aloha.
