Hi. I received your counteroffer and am willing to accept it. However, I am out of town until the beginning of September. I can probably get my son to stop by my house and get them out to you or if you would rather wait I can mark them “not for sale” and then we can regroup and I can get it to you when I get back. Totally up to you.
