charmainep2010 @marya1957 hi Mary! I'm sorry to hear the purse is too small, unfortunately this is the only Kate spade purse I've ever owned and have nothing to exchange it for. I just read up on poshmark FAQ and it says all sales are final. However, If there is a way that we can do a return that won't affect my account negatively, I'll be more than happy to take the purse back.

charmainep2010 @marya1957 it's no problem, I just sent an email to customer support so we'll see what happens! Worse case scenario you can accept the purse so my payment is released (I don't get paid until you accept it, Poshmark holds the payment until you accept it) and then reposh it.
