hugoras123 @jimcharmaine ji, you mentioned that the bah had tears, I’m sorry, I don’t know what you’re talking about. I inspect everything before I send them out. I have made dozens of sales with Posh, I always had a 5 rating, you are the first person that’s not happy. I’m sorry my bags none of them have tears, absolutely not, I am not taking it back, it’s been too long.

jimcharmaine @hugoras123 since I have purchased so many Burberry purses (I am a collector) off Poshmark, and since the could see the damage to the item through photos I have sent, they have sent me enticements to continue to purchase through this platform after this last disappointing purchase. I honestly don’t care about the cost of an item, I value quality.

hugoras123 @jimcharmaine honestly, I don’t remember the bag having any tears, I would have mentioned in my comments, if you go through my closet I always mention the usage and imagine the tears. The bag you purchased is a real nice on, there’s one that’s on sale at Posh and the cost is over $600. You are getting quality, I’m like you, quality for me not quantity. hugoras123 It must be very minimal that I didn’t notice when packing it, if so, it could be repaired and you can resale it for a higher amount, like I mentioned before, it’s a real nice one. I apologize that this happened, but I was a little upset that it took you so long to accept it. I’m really sorry.

jimcharmaine @hugoras123 well I was at my other home in Naples Florida and didn’t return until Friday as I had told you. It was the top trim that was chaffed and torn, and it was damaged quite clearly in MULTIPLE spots. I am having it repaired already. However the joy of me collecting is having the bags come to me in great/perfect condition…not having to repair them. I have no interest in that- it is a hassle. And I don’t resale - I only collect.
