kletlaw sorry you are not happy about your item. if you take the two ends and loop thru ring or hook on your purse. I have many other items marked the same price and is a better deal if you buy 3 separate item. I did not deserve such a low rating

kletlaw it's hard to say, would be easier to show. if you want it on your purse, take the two ends and put it in the ring and loop it thru the middle of the top and pull tight
