I do apologize for this inconvenience. I hope you can understand that I have many items that have been in storage that I haven't worn in years. I have never smelled this bracelet, but I can assure you it was not worn and sweated in prior to sending your way. This bracelet is well-made and will last a lifetime.

hippy_helvey @chaselewis88 I also apologize for my listing photos of this item. I can see how the lighting I was using does not allow you to see the bracelet in detail. Please do let me know if there is anything I can do to get a positive 5 star review from you. I sincerely care about all my customers. That is why I took care in packaging your item and sending you a thank you note. I'm ready to get this issue resolved! I do believe they make leather conditioners that would make this bracelet look like new!

jhs11 I apologize for the pet hair that activated allergens in you. I can’t imagine how that feels - my allergies are to mold and cedar; nonetheless, I appreciate the feedback and purchase ...
