@amberparker1979. I'm disappointed because the pictures or the description did not show/say that there are a significant amount of scratches across the top of the shoes as well as some sort of white'ish mark along the rope edging.
I expected them to be "NWT, with no box"... however it looks like they have been worn...scratched up then just wiped down.
There are no tags, and doesn't look anything like a "New With Tags" pair of Uggs

Well i can assure you they have never been worn...as far as the scratches im really not sure where those came from....they have been in my daughters room for some time. sorry you are displeased but they were only $40 for an essentially brand new pair of uggs!
