rosalielopresti Thank you for the purse, it’s nice. But I’m having trouble with the inside zipper, it’s really stuck and it’s noticeable that it has been stuck for a long time because you can see the discoloration of the patina from the metal! Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

missazsun @rosalielopresti Glad you like it. As far as the zipper goes, I am unsure. I always used the middle to keep my medical pouch in, so I always left the zipper open. My apologies. If you still want to keep the purse, I can issue a partial credit/refund.

missazsun @rosalielopresti I also recommend looking up “zipper stuck on fabric purse” on google; there seems to be a few suggestions on how to get it loose.

missazsun @rosalielopresti oh I would too! So sorry I didn’t realize it was stuck like that. Talk about being oblivious 🙈 My girlfriend said she’s done the winded trick and it’s helped; just might take a few tries and some patience lol Just a reminder you’ll have to finish the purchasing process by accepting the item. Keep me posted!
