enzian Hello Chasity, I received the Oboz Campster Sandals Size 9 purchased from you. The descriptions indicated there were "no rips or tears". However, half of a strap is missing and appears to have been cut off on both shoes. I sent pics to Poshmark along with the concern. I would either like to keep the shoes with a partial refund (I don't think they should cost more than $15) or return them. Please respond. Thank you.

chasityvega @enzian Hi yes I seen that they wouldn't do a partial refund. It's says that they sent you a return label and to have them shipped back to me but they didn't see any activity on the shipping so they closed the return case.

chasityvega @enzian Poshmark gave you the option to return them by providing you the shipping label for the full refund since they couldn't do a partial one but you didn't return them. I did work with you on this return case.
