jennaaamc @ccharameda I saw your 3 star review and I apologize that you do not feel that you received 5 star service. I take pride in my 5 star ratings and always do my best to ship my items as fast as possible and accurately describe my items to the fullest extent. Also, I would never sell fake or knock off items in my closet. When I list something very high end, I provide any evidence possible that backs up that it is real, such as that serial number I posted a picture of in the listing.

jennaaamc @ccharameda If possible, I would love for you tell me in further detail what specifically about the purse would lead you to believe that it isn’t real and why you did not think I was deserving of a 5 star rating and let me know what I can do to achieve that rating in the future. In your comment on the review you left me you stated that you weren’t sure if the purse was authentic and I’m just wondering what led you to believe this? Is it something that’s on the purse or not on the purse?

jennaaamc @ccharameda when I purchased the purse originally the lady told me that it was 100% authentic and came straight from market. It even had a serial number on it which I pictured. I guess I was just troubled because I take a lot of pride in my sales and providing all of my customers with a great experience purchasing from my closet and I feel like the claim you made which lead you to give me less than 5 stars wasn’t justifiable so respectfully, I thought it was unfair, so I wanted to know why!

jennaaamc @ccharameda I see you aren’t a seller but ratings are something we take very seriously on here and so when you leave me less than 5 stars for a reason like that it just left me wondering how I could’ve handled this better. If you were unsatisfied with it “not being authentic” you had the option to return it within your 3 day acceptance period so it didn’t make sense for you to make that claim but accept the item. Also something that left me wondering.
