sydneymsamp Hey, I saw your question on the Zimmermann luminous mini. I wanted to tell you I don’t believe it’s authentic. While the tag is located in the collar & is pulled it down to the garment tag to get them in the photo, the neckties have slanted ends - the ones from Zimmermann have rounded ends. I was tempted to buy that one as it is much cheaper than the one I just purchased today - but I don’t think it’s cheap for a good reason. Wouldn’t want to see you get stuck with something unauthentic (:

sydneymsamp Apparently, I contacted Zimmermann and direct from them you get slanted ends and authorized “stockists” have rounded (think Sa*ks, Nor*dy, etc.) ends. So I was incorrect and I apologize for the misinformation. However, I will say that selling just under the $500 authentication threshold is usually a red flag, too. That one looks a lot like the e*Bay dupes that got taken down. A good dupe is totally cool when transparent. Please be careful out there ❤️

sydneymsamp @cheery_oh of course! I’ve been eyeballing this dress for soooooo long it’s painful - I’ve driven myself insane trying to figure out what is authentic second hand and what is an oem Chinese replica. I try to buy straight from them when I can but everything sells out so fast. I was able to snag one from someone who models for Saks, so I could breathe easy, but man are there so many current season, amazingly priced pieces that make me wary.

cheery_oh @sydneymsamp yes I'm currently obsessing over this dress and have been looking all over. But even the department store sale prices were expensive as hell!! I wanted to wait it out for additional mark downs but they're all sold out!😭

sydneymsamp @cheery_oh I feel you girl, but I guarantee he wants it so it’s getting cooler a bunch of these will pop up. I’ve had to wait for so many Zimmerman pieces from seasons ago, and then I found a two piece set but it was way too big and I had to spend another $300 getting it altered. I Zimmerman obsession is real. I really hope you find one for a decent price ❤️
