dustin72799 I just shipped your Star Wars masks. As described Darth does have some scrapes, but both are in good working condition!! Darth has brand new batteries 😁. You can laugh at my OCD packaging also, I did!! I just wanted to make sure neither mask was damaged in shipping!! Have fun w/ the bubble wrap & may the force be with you!

dustin72799 @oceaneyes72 no I actually put brand new batteries in him right before I shipped him & he was working perfect?? If you switched him on & pushed the buttons on the upper side of either side of the helmet he should work? One of the black buttons on one upper side makes him say classic phrases the button on the opposite side makes your voice sound like his. If he is turned all the way on, did you push one of those buttons?
