cindererelllla Hi Chelsea. I contacted the post office today because your item is still not tracking. I am thinking it got lost at my local post office since it isn't scanned in yet. I am going to call again tomorrow if it still hasn't scanned and see what they say. I am so sorry. I sent this item out immediately the same day because I always try to go above and beyond. However, I unfortunately once it's in the hands of the post office, I can't do much.

cindererelllla Ok so I just contacted the post office again because I don't like not knowing where our package is . I spoke to someone else and she said that it will probably show up in a few days..that it probably got stuck in a machine. UGH. So frustrating but stuff happens. I just wnated to keep you posted so you know what's going on. <3

cindererelllla @chelsealynn2006 hey girly! I have been in contact with USPS and they still have no answer for me. They say that it is possible it could still get delivered to you without being scanned. They told me I have to wait until April 5 th to file a claim because at that point it is considered missing. 😭 I am so sorry for all of this USPS craziness! It's out of my control and that's so frustrating! Fingers crossed we hear something soon!!❤️

I literally just got the email showing it was "shipped' today and obviously delivered and now the necklance is gone. I honestly am not surprised the necklace is gone at this point. =( I am sorry that we both have to deal with this nightmare. I will call my post office on Monday and see what to do now. =(

cindererelllla I just got the email from Poshmark that you had opened a case and stated the necklace was not shipped in the package. Please know that it was shipped in the package. I am a five star seller and I've sold Louis Vuitton, Tieks, etc and would never falsely send an item. It just seems to depic that I sent you an empty package the way you commented your concern. I am sure that is not your intention.

cindererelllla I have tried endlessly to stay in contact with both you and Poshmark about this whole ordeal involving the USPS and their mishap. This has never happened to me- and it makes me scared to continue to sell items if this doesn't get resolved properly. I am so sorry that your necklace went missing during the shipment process. You have been very patient through this and definitely neither of us deserve this unfortunate situation. =(

chelsealynn2006 @marlenamille918 honestly I wasn’t indicating that you didn’t ship it but that it didn’t arrive. Literally the price tag was the only thing in the package. It didn’t seem to have been opened, which was what was so confusing to me. I apologize if it seemed as if I was stating you didn’t ship it. I only filed as not received because Poshmark requires that you notify them within 3 days, in order to receive a refund. Definitely not trying to be a pain, as I was super excited to receive it.

chelsealynn2006 @marlenamille918 I just read your comment on the case. It seems that you are trying to indicate that I’m not being truthful. I have zero reason to be untruthful, as I’ve been extremely patient during this entire ordeal and was looking forward to receiving the item I purchased. At this point, I just would like my money back. No harsh feelings but this entire thing is bizarre. I have no doubt that you are an honest seller, but I didn’t have a choice other than opening a claim.

cindererelllla @chelsealynn2006 No worries girl. The whole ordeal was super stressful for both of us. I am just so thankful Poshmark made it right for both of us. That gives me peace of mind. I am still going to be contacting the USPS about our missing necklace. What a bizarre and unfortunate mystery we have been dealing with! I am just thankful it is over and we can move forward. I am sorry we both had to experience that. =( <3
