csloan0920 @frenchhouse hello. Sorry for the delay as I didn’t see the notifications. I actually do sincerely apologize but when we moved before the shut down I allowed our nanny to go through a bundle of my clothes and shoes and take what she wanted. I hadn’t been active on the Poshmark app and with all of the changes moving and then lockdown with an 8 month old I forgot to go through and update my closet here with items no longer available.

csloan0920 @frenchhouse. When I saw your bundle purchase I went to go check my closet to ship and realize she had taken the shoes you had tried to purchase. I then cancelled the order as I had no option to send shoes I no longer was in possession of, and then just went through and took everything down from my closet so the issue wouldn’t happen again. I do apologize but it was not a case Of just not honoring the purchase
