rbnsnjess I've replied twice but ill trey here too, what can I do to help you with the smell issue? I'm seriously stumped cause it didn't smell when I mailed it, if it had I wouldn't have put it in the mail. Please let me know if I can help I hate that you are "frustrated"

rjlyves7 Hi there, sorry I haven't responded... I've been busy all day with my baby. I have no idea what the smell is, but it's extreamly potent. I was going to take it to the Dry Cleaner and ask there input before I do anything to the jacket. If they don't think the smell will come out I'll mail back... I'm sorry I don't know what else to do. I'm pretty bummed because I love the jacket.
