jmmora07 Good afternoon, Thank you for the prompt shipping of the Apple watch 😊, Can you please go into your Apple account, iCloud and find my phone/watch app and remove it from your account and iPhone, please. We tried to connect it, but it says " Activation lock. This watch is linked to an Apple ID. Enter the Apple ID and password used to setup this watch. Account c....at icloud dot com".---- I think you need to go into your accounts and remove the device from iPhone Bluetooth. Thanks for your help 😊
