genxmillennial Hello! One of my other clients just got your mules. Did you by chance recieve a pair of chukka boots? I think my labels got switched around! If you do have them i am gonna see if posh can send you each labels to do the switch. Let me know and I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

genxmillennial @chelseaangel705oh thank goodness. I will open a case on these asap and let posh know. They will likely email you and the other client a new label so that you can each mail thrm to each other. I am so sorry this happened but very glad there is a fix. We just have to wait on posh to respond. It may take 2 days, that is the average response time from customer service.
