kfab333 @ckschwar1 Hello there! I just saw your message regarding the joggers - I am so sorry they didn’t work for you! Currently, Poshmark doesn’t have an exchange policy. The only work around would be to mail the item back, upon receipt, I could create a $3 label that goes to Posh (lowest amount they allow) for a shipping label to use your credit for the amount paid for the actual item only. I wish they made it easier!

ckschwar1 @kfab333 so does that mean I can send it back, but just have to wait before the credit posts to buy the different size? (Otherwise pay out of pocket again). Also would the credit be for all of poshmark or just your botique? Thanks!

kfab333 @ckschwar1 Hi there - The credit would be for the 45. Poshmark charges the shipping/taxes, etc. They also charge me a 20% fee - so I am not including that. My actual Sale was 36, not 45. I do wish they had an exchange/return policy! I buy here as well and have reposhed quite a bit! The only change they made is they did install an auto reposh option under your purchases.
