amolaver Hi Chelsea - just following up on my purchase. I purchased a Marc Jacobs high liner from you on December 1st - haven’t seen any indication yet that it’s been shipped. Is there a problem? Today is December 5th.

saeslehc @amolaver Alisa, my apologies you haven't gotten your order within the two day delivery. I'm unable to locate the package at the moment - my best guess is that it's sitting in the mail drop box or on a truck. I'm keeping my eye out for my mail carrier this afternoon, but I'm assuming I won't have any additional information until Monday. I will keep in touch.

saeslehc @amolaver nothing yet:/ I submitted another inquiry today and emailed PoshMark customer service. USPS tracking doesn't say it's been received yet. Hopefully something by end of day.

saeslehc @amolaver sounds like the package has been misplaced so I'm going to check again with my local USPS today. If it cannot be located, we can either wait a few more days or we can cancel the order and if it's found I can list it again?

amolaver @saeslehc ok thanks for researching on this. Let’s give it a couple days if they are actively trying to find it. It’s an iffy time of year for the post office between Covid, Xmas, and all the political changes. Probably a zoo behind the lines there.

amolaver Hi Chelsea - I just got a note from Poshmark advising that I might want to cancel my order since the package seems to be missing in action. So that’s what I plan to do unless you have located it and have some specific info on what the problem is. If I don’t hear back from you today, I’ll just cancel the order tomorrow 😟
