missmoly Good Afternoon, this it the Billing Department. Aetna is stating that for your last visit on 12/14/2021 your co-pay increased to $50 instead of the usual $20. There is a balance on the account of $30 since you should have paid $50 instead of $20. The card on file will be charged for the balance.
