openeyesee533 hi I'm the one who sold the taupe heels. I definitely sent them and everything goes directly through posh with USPS. you and I would not get notified unless I dropped it at the post office. please reach out to posh. I'm really sorry if there's been an issue! I've never had a problem before so it may be with USPS.
