thirsty4fashion @chelsjurgens Hello again. After several failed delivery attempts, the post office has updated the tracking status of your purchase to “returning to sender”. You appear to be active on the site, so not sure what happened here as you would have also received the updates. It’s an unusual occurrence and a first for me. It’s unfortunate it did not work out.

chelsjurgens @thirsty4fashion hey that is so weird. What address are you sending it too? I’ve never had an issue with mail and I’ve lived in this house for 8 years… maybe I typed the wrong address

thirsty4fashion @chelsjurgens I used the shipping label provided by Poshmark which they pull from your requested mailing address. Could you contact them and inform them of the situation? If the label is correct, you may want to send an inquiry to USPS. All the tracking info is listed under your purchase detail which can be referenced. I’d be interested to see how Poshmark can help find resolution, if at all. Good luck. Please let me know any next steps if they can help. Thank you, Chelsea.

thirsty4fashion @chelsjurgens Yes, I’ll hold the package once it’s been returned to me. Hopefully, it’s as easy as Poshmark sending a new label so I can mail it back to you upon receipt. I’ll also send them an email referencing yours, as well, in hopes of a simplified solution. Thx for updating me, Chelsea.

It’s great they sent a new label so quickly for something still in transit and we don’t have to process an entirely new transaction. I’ll update you once I get your package back and resent.
