Thanks for accepting the ThirdLove bra order. Just looking for a little additional feedback as it seems you weren’t completely happy with your order. Do you mind sharing a little more info so that I can improve in the future. I know ship time was one reason listed as a reason to improve - I checked tracking & it shipped within 24 hours of your order.

Seller responsiveness was also another area for improvement - I guess I’m not sure what I didn’t respond to. Cleanliness & packaging were the other 2 things listed as needing improvement. I know I washed before listing & immediately stored in a poly bag. I’m definitely not trying to argue anything - I’d just love a little more info so that I can improve. Thank you!

@alpt81 I did have a question about the removable pads. They were mentioned in the description but I’m not sure where to find them or if they are hiding inside the bra somewhere and I’m just missing the obvious.

I rarely sell anything under $15 due to increased commissions, but you can bundle you’re likes for a 15% discount and often more. You can send an offer (best idea, because I usually don’t ). I’m easy to get along with when offers are reasonable.
