veniciaeng Hey sorry to hear about the wax on the ring. I’m not aware of any wax that was placed on or around the ring. It was also never worn so I’m unsure how it would be dirty and it was exactly like the pictures. I hope you are able to pick wax off the ring and enjoy the ring and if not the pandora warranty was included for additional concerns.

ch3ls3yann3 @veniciaeng it is honestly the worst thing I have to pick this stuff off.. I took a blade and have been trying to pick all the stuff off. Idk how you didn’t notice it was on there. It was discolored and yellow like dirty. I cleaned it with silver cleaner and didn’t clean off. I started picking and it picked off but it’s still everywhere around the diamonds. Needless to say I wasn’t too happy about it. You had to have noticed it.

veniciaeng @ch3ls3yann3 honestly no I didn’t I bought it secondhand and it was my first ring so I didn’t see a problem. Would Clorox, nail polish remover or hydrogen peroxide work without damaging the ring?

ch3ls3yann3 @veniciaeng I’m pretty sure that it would damage the ring. I don’t want to scrape it anymore I’m afraid I’m gonna ruin it more but the diamonds are more shiny. I’m hoping to take it to kays and have them try and clean it. Just makes me feel sick :(
