gorgflaws Hey! I purchased the size 12 Black Ralph Lauren Polo Boots and they are damaged. They're cracked badly and the leather is flaking badly. I understand the boots were used but I was not expecting them to be damaged.

cdmcgriff @gorgflaws hi omg I am so sorry about that are you able to open a case with poshmark on the item it won’t let me on my end now the order is closed. I Try to note all flaws when listing this could be an issue from storage, I am going to open reach out for assistance on this to them can you try to as well
