gorgflaws Hey! I purchased the size 12 Black Ralph Lauren Polo Boots and they are damaged. They're cracked badly and the leather is flaking badly. I understand the boots were used but I was not expecting them to be damaged.

I Try to note all flaws when listing this could be an issue from storage, I am going to open reach out for assistance on this to them can you try to as well
