juliebayman @cjconn it is a dress. I'm 5'6 hits me just below the knee. If you are concerned don't buy. Not trying to shun you away but if your not familiar w LULAROE It's a shaped dress. Very flowy. I wore them all summer. It was so popular from LULAROE you couldn't find them for months.
