Hi there, I was surprised to see you gave me such a bad rating after I accepted your low offer on the shoes. I hate that you're unhappy with your purchase, can you please elaborate to help me understand what I did wrong so I can learn for the future. This is my first 2 star rating in over 1000 sales :( Please know that Poshmark does allow returns if you feel an item is not described correctly, maybe there is something I missed?
