instabellerina Hi @cczhang222 I wanted to reach out to you first before reaching out to PM customer service. I received 3 packages on the same day from PM a pair of earrings, a pair of shoes and the pair of the pants that I ordered from you. The first two were as described and in EUC. The pants I received from you have snags all over them and a stain on the right pant leg. You didn’t share this in the description and I feel like I was mislead in the condition of these pants.

cczhang222 @instabellerina hi, I’m sorry about that. I definitely don’t have any incentive to do this since PM protects buyers and you can file a case to return this. Maybe I didn’t check close enough before I packed it. Anyway, you can file return if you want and PM will handle this.

If I have incentive to do this on purpose, I would have just accept your offer. Like I said, you can file a return on PM.
