best1007 @cherabean Here is the message I had typed into the purchase conversation: I enlarged the picture but it's hard for me to tell; is this on the shoulder strap? I also looked at the photos on my listing and didn't see any separation like this. I did not use this bag, purchased it from someone else. Diana is really good at bag restoration. I communicated w/her with a photo in the past and she was super helpful. Do you want me to reach out to her that way for you, or do you want to?
