missistine Thank you for purchasing the cashmere sweater. I am in Massachusetts and we are frozen solid in a giant snowstorm. My inventory is in a storage trailer on my property and the lock is frozen. I’m going to try today to unfreeze it in order to get the sweater so I can ship it to you. I am so sorry for the inconvenience
