cherbearsc I'm a frustrated and disappointed with this whole shipping/tracking process. If you were in fact tracking this shipment you would have seen the package was stalled in Columbia, SC for almost 10 days and didn't attempt to solve the problem. I reached out to "support" and they didn't feel necessary to contact you, the seller or call USPS customer service. I totally understand this is the holiday season, but this shipment fell to the wayside. This has been the worst experience ever!!!

maxine15 @cherbearsc I’m sorry for your frustration. I only noticed the tracking issue after the item stopped moving. That’s when I messaged you about it, to which you did not respond to me. I did ask the USPS clerk after I messaged you, at that point it had started moving and they assured me it was still going to arrive. I do not have any control over USPS holiday shipping issues.
