glitterwell Hi. Poshmark only allows 500 characters here so I will have to do more than one post. You just purchased 3 kids items from me. I am so sorry and I have no idea what happened exactly but I am afraid two of the items you purchased made their way to the donation place instead of my Poshmark closet.

glitterwell I have already reached out to PM support to find out how to handle this. I’ve never had this happen before and I am so sorry. I did an inventory of my closet last night and of course the only two items missing are the two you purchased. I want to make this right for you so I can send you the shorts along with a full refund including shipping if that is ok with you or we can wait to hear how PM says we should handle this. I am sooo sorry for any inconvenience. 😔.

glitterwell Hi. I talked to PM support and I can cancel the whole order and you get a complete refund. I am so sorry about this. It has never happened before and it will never happen again.
