@buckeyebaby79 Ugh. Don't get me started on the GA hub. It takes 1 day to get from me to it- yet I've had orders not leave the state for 7 days because of the main hub. No clue why, there is never a common factor with the items that get stuck. USPS is on the struggle bus, big time.

@buckeyebaby79 Point taken!! I personally feel like PM needs a feature that streamlines communication between buyer & seller. It is close to impossible to give good customer service without a direct line of communication. Using the @ feature does the trick though, so I'm glad you learned it!!

I was washing the jeans you purchased (because they have been in storage) and realized there’s a small place of wear near the thigh that’s not quite a hole yet, but would eventually turn into one. I didn’t feel right taking the money for the jeans not being in the stated condition.
