annielaurieshop @godbody615 it seems to be hit and miss. There never is free shipping just discounted. Sometimes if you drop the price by 10% it will trigger the discount shipping. It use to work all the time but now it is a hit and miss thing. We haven't been able to get a good answer from them.

My customer @sctyson hasn't received conformation but I have the receipt from the post office with the time and date of shipment... annielaurieshop @godbody615 When was it suppose to arrive and where was it shipping to? If Louisiana big delays. A lot of times it takes a while for package to show scanned. Sometimes they receive it and later it shows scanned. Goofy postal service. Where is it telling you that it is. In your email it will give you a link tap and take you right to the info.

annielaurieshop @godbody615 you can't cancel after it is mailed Don't fret it'll show up. Even when I post at 8am it doesn't scan until 5pm. If posted on a Friday it really throws things off. Have buyer check her spam folder for email. It'll get there. Being in contact with buyer is good customer service. It'll be ok.
