I really wish you would have contacted me about receiving the necklace broken instead of giving me a bad rating. I would have taken care of that for you no problem. I am a very reasonable person and I work in online retail for a living so I know how things can happen during shipping. Just a bit upset that I no longer have a perfect rating for something that I would have been happy to handle.
