susieqjfy Sorry for the delay. I am used to UPS where you just bring in your phone and they scan the QR code. Having a friend print them out so I can take them to the post office. Frustrating!

susieqjfy @cpep2010 I googled it and they think it’s a scam. My bank advised against it because they ask for an iTunes card. The customer service people keep saying that it’s procedure.
